Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Purecent cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to these conditions.

Bookings & Acceptance

  • A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing (email, WhatsApp, SMS) or once payment/deposit is made.
  • By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided

Purecent Cleaning provides domestic and commercial cleaning services, including:

  • Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out Cleaning, After Renovation Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office & Commercial Cleaning.
  • Only the areas and tasks agreed at the time of booking will be cleaned.
  • Prices are based on average property conditions. Heavily soiled properties may require additional time or charges.

What is NOT Included (Unless Requested). Standard cleaning does not include:

  • Inside ovens
  • Inside fridges
  • Internal or external windows
  • Heavy limescale removal
  • Laundry
  • Carpet or upholstery cleaning

These are available as optional extras and must be requested in advance.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
  • The property should have water, electricity, and clear access to areas to be cleaned.
  • Fragile, valuable, or sentimental items should be secured or removed before cleaning.
  • Purecent Cleaning is not responsible for alarms being triggered — clients must provide instructions if applicable.

Payments

  • Full payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods accepted:
    • Cash
    • Bank transfer
    • Debit or credit card
  • We do not accept cheques.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking: no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
  • If cleaners arrive and cannot gain access (no one home, no keys, no power/water), the booking may be charged in full.
  • Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable but may be used to reschedule within 6 months, subject to availability.

Complaints & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any issues with the cleaning service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing (email or message).
  • If a valid complaint is received within 24 hours, Purecent Cleaning may offer a re-clean of the affected areas.
  • Re-cleans must be completed within 7 days of the original service.
  • No refunds are offered, re-clean is the sole remedy.

Damage & Liability

Purecent Cleaning takes all reasonable care while cleaning.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Faulty or poorly installed items
  • Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Liability is limited in accordance with our insurance policy.

Photos & Marketing

  • Purecent Cleaning may take before and after photos for quality control, dispute resolution, or marketing.
  • No personal or identifiable items will be shared publicly without consent.

Parking Policy

  • Clients are responsible for providing free or suitable parking.
  • If paid parking is required, parking fees will be added to the final invoice.

Changes to Terms

  • Purecent Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The version available on our website or provided at booking applies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
